The Company was incorporated as “Ganon Trading & Finance Company Limited” on July 02, 1985 as a Public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 (“the Act”) vide Certificate of Registration No. 36708 of 1985 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Further, the Company was issued a Certificate for Commencement of Business pursuant to section 149 (3) of the said Act on July 11, 1985 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The Registered Office of the Company was situated at 401A, Natwar Chambers, 94, Nagindas Master Road, Fort, Mumbai – 400 023 as on the date of incorporation and was thereafter shifted to 903, Dalamal House, 206, J. B. Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400 021 with effect from August 08, 2007. On January 20, 1987, the Equity Shares of the Company were listed on Bombay Stock Exchange having the following details:

Mehta Singhvi & Associates, Mumbai, a practicing firm of Chartered Accountants. Before commencing practice of Chartered Accountancy, he worked with Birla Group of Companies at a senior position. He has vast experience of over three decades in areas of audits, taxation, corporate finance and advisory services.
